Code of Conduct

We expect all guests to behave responsibly and respectfully during the boat tour.

Please refrain from engaging in any illegal activities, excessive alcohol consumption, or disruptive behavior that may jeopardize the safety and enjoyment of others.

Any violations may result in the immediate termination of the tour without refund.
Weather and Itinerary Changes

In the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the tour for the safety of our guests.

We will make every effort to notify you in advance of any changes and provide suitable alternatives or reschedule the tour.
Liability and Disclaimer

While we take all necessary precautions, we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred during the boat tour.

Participants join the tour at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.

Reservation Process

Reservations can be made online through our website or by contacting our reservation team directly

A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation

Reservations are subject to availability
Deposit
-
A deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation
-
The remaining balance will be charged on the day of your reservation. Payment can be made via cash, card, or electronic transfer
Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a full deposit refund
-
After 48 hours of booking, no refunds will be issued. However, you may reschedule your reservation as outlined in the “Reservation Changes” section
-
No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in the loss of the full deposit, and no refunds will be issued
-
During the low season, no refunds will be provided. However, cancellations made within the cancellation window will retain the deposit as credit for a future reservation. This credit does not expire, and a new date does not need to be provided immediately
Reservation Changes

Changes to the reservation date or time are subject to availability
-
Requests for changes should be made at least 7 days prior to the original tour date

While we cannot guarantee all changes, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please contact us as soon as possible
Weather and Itinerary Changes

In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the tour for the safety and enjoyment of our guests

If we cancel the tour, guests will have the option to reschedule for a future date or receive a full refund of the deposit and any other payments made
Late Arrivals
-
Guests are expected to arrive at the designated meeting point at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time
-
We understand that unforeseen circumstances and Miami traffic can cause delays. To accommodate this, we allow a maximum waiting period of 1 hour
-
If the guest does not arrive within this 1-hour window, the reservation will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited
-
If the guest arrives within the 1-hour waiting period, the tour will proceed, but the reservation time will begin counting from the originally scheduled departure time.

Safety Policy

Life jackets or personal flotation devices (PFDs) will be available on board for all guests.

Children aged 14 years and under are required to wear life jackets while the boat is in operation, as per Florida regulations.
Captain's Authority:

The designated captain has the authority to make decisions regarding the safety and operation of the boat.

Guests are expected to comply with the captain's instructions at all times for their own safety and the safety of others.
Alcohol, Drugs, and Illegal Substances:

The consumption of alcohol is allowed on board the boat in accordance with Florida laws.

Guests who choose to consume alcohol must do so responsibly.

The use, possession, or distribution of drugs or illegal substances is strictly prohibited onboard.
Severe Weather Conditions:

In the event of severe weather conditions or other safety concerns, the captain may modify or cancel the tour.

Guests should be prepared for potential itinerary changes or tour rescheduling due to weather conditions.
Medical Conditions and Special Needs:

Guests with medical conditions or special needs that may affect their participation in the tour are encouraged to inform the crew in advance.

It is the responsibility of the guest to assess their own physical fitness and ability to participate in the tour activities.
Emergency Procedures:

In the event of an emergency, guests should follow the instructions provided by the crew and remain calm.

Emergency contact information will be available on board for immediate assistance if needed.
