At Miami Boat Rental, we guarantee no hidden charges and no credit card processing fees. The only thing is NOT included in the TIP for CAPTAIN. It is not required, it is up to you, but it will be greatly appreciated. A bottle of Champagne is included with every Reservation to boost your celebration. Feel free to bring your own food, drinks, and alcohol if you prefer. We can also stop at any of the waterfront restaurants or bars for dine in or take out. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy — Miami Boat Rental Last Updated: 01/25/2025 At Miami Boat Rental, we prioritize flexibility, safety, and customer satisfaction. We understand plans can change and unexpected events may arise. The following terms outline our updated policy on cancellations, refunds, and reservation changes: 1. Cancellation & Refunds • Full Refund Eligibility: Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a full deposit refund. • After 48 Hours: No refunds will be issued. Customers may reschedule as detailed in Section 2. • Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: These result in forfeiture of the full deposit. No refunds apply. • Late Arrivals: Guests must arrive at least 5 minutes early. A grace period of 1 hour is allowed, but tour time counts from the original start time. After 1 hour, the reservation is considered canceled, and the deposit is lost. 2. Rescheduling • Requests to change the date or time must be made at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability. • If your preferred new time is unavailable, a credit with no expiration will be issued for future use. 3. Weather & Safety • For safety concerns or inclement weather, we may cancel the tour. You will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. • Important: Weather-based decisions are made on the day and time of your reservation, not in advance or based on forecasts. Light rain is not considered bad weather. 4. Seasonal Adjustments • During low season, no refunds are issued. However, if you cancel within the allowed window, your deposit becomes a non-expiring credit for future use. 5.
