At Miami Boat Rental, we guarantee no hidden charges and no credit card processing fees. The only thing is NOT included in the TIP for CAPTAIN. It is not required, it is up to you, but it will be greatly appreciated. A bottle of Champagne is included with every Reservation to boost your celebration. Feel free to bring your own food, drinks, and alcohol if you prefer. We can also stop at any of the waterfront restaurants or bars for dine in or take out. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the reservation date in order to receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and no refunds will be issued. No-shows or cancellations on the day of the tour will keep the deposit and no refunds will be issued.
Changes to the reservation date or time are subject to availability. Requests for reservation changes should be made at least 7 days prior to the original tour date. Anyways please contact us, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the tour for the safety and enjoyment of our guests. Guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Changes or cancellations due to weather are made only on the day and time of the reservation, not based on weather predictions. Light raining won't be considered bad weather. While every effort is made to provide a safe experience, participation in the boat tour involves inherent risks associated with boating and water activities. By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to release the Company, its employees, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other claims arising from your participation in the tour. Personal information handling complies with privacy laws. Electronic Signature: By booking a boat tour with Miami Boat Charter, the charterer indicates acknowledgment and acceptance of the agreement's terms as a valid digital signature in Florida.
